There’s no support department here — there’s us. Which means you’ll always get a person, and occasionally you’ll have to wait for one.

Before you write

If something broke during a game, the troubleshooting page covers most of it — wrong port, uppercase password, missions that won’t appear. Worth thirty seconds before you write.

A bug, or an idea about the game? If you have a GitHub account, tell us straight on the issue tracker: it gets filed with its label and you can follow what happens to it. If you don’t have one, write to us here and we’ll pass it along. There’s more about what goes where on the feedback page.

If you’re reporting a problem, three details save us a round trip: what you were doing, which browser or system you were on, and roughly when it happened. With that we can usually find it in the logs.
